This offering is ideal for supervisors and managers of intact work teams as well as leaders of project teams. Ideal for a management retreat!
Duration
This is a full day workshop, normally run from 8:30 - 4:30, with an hour for lunch, and two fifteen minute breaks. These times can be adjusted to suit your schedule.
Pre-Workshop
Participants complete a 15 - 20 minute online assessment. This research-validated online assessment with 27-page management-specific profile report helps people identify and explore the management priorities that drive them.
