In this seven minute YouTube video, each expert responds. I’m not sure I totally agree with everything they say, but it sure makes for interesting debate!

The danger of course is that we view leadership through the narrow lens of our own experiences. Just when we think we have gotten it right on what makes a great leader, along comes someone in a leadership role who turns our theories on their head. Don’t say you wern’t warned!
